A simple user-friendly responsive website to book Rock Concert Tickets Online.

The Goals
To figure out if the Website is easy to use for users with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
The Problem

No trusted/ direct website to book tickets for rock concerts.

The majority of users don't know how to book tickets or platforms that sell tickets.

Role- lead UX designer, UX researcher.
Responsibilities- User research, wireframing, Competitive audit, Usability Study, and prototyping, User Journey Maps

User research: summary
Before conducting the research, the assumptions made were: only users between the age of 18 to 30 go to Rock Concerts, Users with good financial backgrounds go to Rock concerts. Research showed users between age group of 16 to 45 book tickets regardless of their financial status. In research, we found that users don’t trust new websites and feeds they get through social media.

The Solution
Before Usability Study
